If you also opt in to our newsletter, you agree to receive Algo8’s newsletter on industrial AI. To download our investor deck, you must provide your name and email address. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. Algo8 will use your contact information to send you the communications you have requested and, where you request materials or contact us, so that our investor relations team can follow up with you.

Indemnification

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, under the rules of the British Columbia Arbitration Association. The decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Termination

Algo8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms of Use or for any reason deemed appropriate by Algo8.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Algo8 regarding your use of the Website.
